Description
The mountain ranges literally stack up one behind the other when you are standing in the clearing atop Whitetop Mountain in Grayson County, Virginia. Whitetop is the second highest peak in Virginia and can be reached by car. It is believed it has been bald and barren of large timber since the last ice age. Come see it and photograph, paint and experience it yourself.
